MentR is a digital platform connecting educators, tutors, and learners. It enables teachers to create verified profiles, complete onboarding and earn rewards, access educational resources, and participate in demo classes and professional activities.

3. User Eligibility

To use MentR, you must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate and truthful information, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Registration

Users must create an account and provide accurate personal, educational, and professional information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account. MentR is not liable for unauthorized account use.

5. Use of the Platform

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or offensive information
• Misuse rewards or perform fraudulent activities
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Introduce malware, spam, or harmful content

6. Rewards & Incentives

MentR may offer rewards for completing onboarding steps or participating in demo sessions. These rewards are subject to verification of eligibility and task completion, may change or be withdrawn anytime without notice, and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, and software within MentR are the intellectual property of TheMentR. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant MentR a limited license to use it for operational and promotional purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

MentR may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious or abusive behavior.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MentR is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access, accuracy, or completeness of the platform or its content.

11. Limitation of Liability

MentR and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Odisha, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
